Screens are tearing-stitching. Seems like lag but my ping is fine, and have Google Fiber for internet, so that's not the problem.

My game is laggy too lately. The sound is crackly and after a match when I go back to port the little results screen on the right don’t go away, thought about deleting and reloading, never had a problem before.

Graphical issues aren't internet related. That's an issue with your system or game install.

That's a screen refresh issue, not an internet issue. Try setting vsynch.

Screen tearing can be a few different things, nearly all of which can be fixed on your end. Try repairing/reinstalling the game. Then check that your display cables are secure, your graphics card is secure, and all your drivers are up to date. Also check for windows update if you haven't done it lately.

i found running vsync with freesync caused weird performance issues, disabling one or the other resolved them for me
