Male it 5 percent.  The HE skill for cruiser is like 30 percent less stealth, do that.

 

Also make GC into a t6 because now we have the t6 and it should be there.

stealth on a BB?? make it 20% less range to actual be an added downside

The skill name is dead eye: you should be able to use it 2 times since one of your eyes dies each time.

Remove it and just leave a hole in the skills matrix as a memorial. 

Cruiser skills need something for survivability, and an enhancement of either range or ROF for light cruisers with DD-caliber armament.

I don't care what they do with it as long as they give you a free reskill.  If they add a downside without a free reskill YOU ARE GOING TO SEE A MAJOR REVOLT.  I personally never take any captain skill with a downside, including IFHE on cruisers.

C'mon...you gotta be able to use it more than twice...

But you get a black screen for the rest of the battle after the 2nd time.

How about take the 30% fire & flood durration from super heavy AP and put it on deadeye instead. Maybe even bump it up to 50%.

That would just benefit the longer ranged (and accurate) BBs who already don't really need it like Yamato and Thunderer, and screw over the edgecase shorter ranged ones like Roma and Monarch who actually need the help Deadeye gives.

Just reduce base fire chance by 25% when Deadeye is active to bring the RN BBs down to normal BB fire starting ranges (39% instead of 50%) while using the skill & make it more of an AP based skill that punishes those that stay broadside (or just exposed in thin armored ships that can be overmatched) for the more than 10 seconds (over 15 seconds in some cases) it takes for the shells to actually reach their targets when used from the back lines (PSA: The 1 point Incoming Fire Alert skill is a major mitigator of the Deadeye skill).

It won't lessen the obscene damage each volley that RN HE does but will mitigate all the massive fires that stack w/it.
