How long has this been a "thing"? No increase or spike on Destroyed torps tube here... I play a lot of torp ships, so far I say its rare for my tubes on a torp heavy ship, becoming destroyed.. How long has this been a "thing"? If you find it happening more so in your cruisers it may be because of the wonderful Commander Skills rework recently. Cruisers have had the 'Preventative Maintenance' skill removed which offered 30% reduction chance of destroyed modules. It is unavailable for any # of points for cruisers yet remains available to DD's and BB's.
