Emergency Repair Expert: Repair Party consumable charge +1?

All of my ships have an unlimited number of Repair Party consumable charges.  So what's this +1 about?

Check Russian BBs.

Some Russian boats have a faster Repair Party  (edit  that should say "damage control") but with limited charges.

Not sure if other nationalities have them.

Russian Battleships have a limited number of damage control consumables.

Your repair party aka your heal is limited for all battleships. Only the damage control party is unlimited for all BBs except Russian ones. I guess their damage control crews are to hung over from vodka.

In Russia you need Vodka anyway when you realize just how damaged life really was.

In America you don't need to drink so much, just buy it and be done with it.

Wrong, in America you smoke crack  and meth cause  you cannot afford real alcohol. That's why you do not drink as much.

Thank you guys.  I did mean "damage control party" instead of "repair party."  I don't play Russian BBs so I didn't realize there was a class of ships in WOWS that didn't have unlimited damage control party.

Meanwhile in Canada, we don't have to afford either. A little dirt, a little water, and some TLC and patience, and you're good to go lol.
