395 [-GT-] guns_at_last_light Members 859 posts Report post #1 Posted January 27 We have a number of the commander skills devoted to dealing damage: increasing accuracy, reducing reload, increasing fire chance, or increasing the actual damage a shell can deliver. It would have been interesting to add a skill that reduced gun bloom time if certain conditions are met (e.g. if fewer than x hostile ships are within y distance). So a massive Midway aircraft carrier can hide (behind a tiny sand spit with a single coconut palm,) just as easily as a tiny Mutsuki destroyer. WG balanz logic. If so, I can see that combining with the Deadeye and being massively broken. I don't think BBs need any more encouragement to sit at the back of the map.
