Possible cruiser solution? Zao buff?

So with this latest patch of sniping bbs and bad concealment cruisers I have one solution to help this at least with one ship the Zao. How you ask. By giving it back the 20km shimakaze torps it had when it first was released. That’s basically it.

cruisers got the worst deal In this captain skill rework and one ship could help bring a little balance back. That and maybe the Smolensk getting range back but with reduced fire ability.

I don't recall the Zao  ever having 20km torps.  It was my first tier 10 like a month or 2 after release.

Alpha testing it did same 20km range torps as Shima

Give Zao its old HP back and maybe a slight reload buff. There's your buff.

Give the Zao the health of the new cruisers.

Don't change a thing. 

Give the Zao the same health as these new horse manure cruisers. Give the Zao 60k health.

Zao doesn't need 20km torps.

 

If I had to buff her I would probably just buff her HP and maybe reduce her reload by like 1 sec. But her lack of HP is just very annoying

Deadeye is so broken that i can't imagine why anyone would play a cruiser.   I sniped a shimmy from 24km with he and took half his damage in a thunderer.  What needs to change is deadeye combined with Plane spotting.

If anything the Zao is in need of, is a rework of its torpedo arcs. They are the most ridiculous arcs in game, not to mention least useful. Give it some real rear firing IJN arcs they way its meant to be. Like iof the IJN actually applied the lessons learned in cruiser design. Maybe atago agility and stealth would be nice.

You take one

You take another one

You weld them together

and now you have double everything in a Zcatamaran
