Do the new packages carry over AFTER OBT??

I saw no mention of the ships/piasters being available after the game release. All i see is talk about CBT and OBT. Maybe I over glanced it.

Actually there is no actual mention of live or game release in the pre-order info on the website so you didn't glance over it.  So your question is actually valid.  But as other posters have said, the stuff you buy will carry over into live.

This is understandable as its a free to play game so really no need for a typical OBT/wipe/Release (live) sequence.  I didn't participate in beta for WoT or WoWP.  But people who did have said there was a OBT/wipe/Release sequence for those games.

WoT was in perpetual beta for a long time.  Eventually they just called it released.
