Captains and premium ships

OK, I'm playing closed beta and sort of get the captain thing.  Similar to crew in WOT.  I assume we can move captains to premium ships with no training penalties?  Is there any more info on this sort of thing anywhere?

They can be moved but there needs to be a ACCELERATE CREW TRAINING options because what the heck am I going to do with the 3400 XP in a premium ship?

So I have a captain in a regular ship.  Normally when transferred, he loses some training.  But, if he transfers to a premium he keeps his training?  And can be moved back for free?

I believe they work somewhat like premiums in WOT.

 

Yes, you can move them into the premium ship for free, then move them back. Nice training bonus on x1.5, x3 or x5 times.

3400? I have more than 70k in my Albany and it's ticking up and up!

 

I would use accel crew training faster than a lightning flash if it's available...

Back in Alpha we had a stipend, we got piasters weekly if you played 20 battle.

 

I always had over 50k piasters.
