Twitch account not working with separate accounts

Hello,

I have two independent accounts one NA, and one EU.  They are both linked to respective account regions via Twitch.  However, only 1 account seems to linked and not both.

Is there way for WG team to look into this as getting one Twitch rewards (Twitch gaming also) only applies to 1 account as of this time.

Or is there a working method to link them both and receive rewards for both accounts as it should.
