I am close to getting the T-9 Epochs perma Camo

I have been looking forever.. even read the original article and nowhere does it say what the bonus' are for this camo.

Don't bother doing a search on the forums because all you get are posts about people who don't get why we want black ships and how they were tricked into buying them for a mission blah blah blah .

I am assuming that it has not been a waste of time and it is purely cosmetic but I wanted to see for myself.

I like free stuff I get just for playing but c'mon!

Any help??

Wait. Hold up. If you get the BLACK version of the ship, you can't get the doubloons for the mission unless you have the ORIGINAL??

They are standard T9 perma camos, +100% XP, and -20% service cost.

I made a different boo-boo.

For some reason I thought that, once you linked it, if you sold the ship, you could link the camo to a different one.

Not so lol.

they are technically two different ships.  i.e. you can have the black version and OG version in your port, therefore, different ships.

Its a really nice looking camo (IMO) that I have not bothered to mount on any of my ships, because given its rarity and method of acquisition I think the bonuses are pretty weak.  I have huge stockpiles of expendables that are much better.

I’m not positive, but I believe that if you rebuy the ship, the camo will still be there.

I did put my other one on Fletcher. I don't regret it, but it would be nice if I could swap it to Kitakaze.

I'm not super-interested in Haragumo, so Kita is probably the end of the line. I like Fletcher a lot, but I'm liking Gearing (esp. with upgraded torps) a lot more than I thought I would, so I'll probably play that more often.

That camo looks like a paint factory blew up. But eh... its a standard camo with standard rewards.
