12 [TWFT] Jystri Members 80 posts 5,794 battles Report post #1 Posted November 5, 2020 So I have been playing WoWS since open beta, and I have recently started having a problem that hasn't surfaced for me since August of 2018. At times mid game and at the end of battle my game will crash. I get a message about it to restart or close the application. I went to "crashes" in my program files and today alone it has happened 8 times. 13 total times since April of 2016. Any suggestions will be appreciated. This is the report I get when I go to the crash file: Message: Unhandled exception Hash: 58787 EIP: 0x000000002C9EC9EE Current thread #13112 native trace: (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C9EC9EE (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C9A3DFF (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C9A5DB5 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C9EBBDB (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C5A3EB7 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C5A3D07 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C594AC1 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C67FA00 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C6829B7 (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C40B7FF (0) : WorldOfWarships64.exe!0x00007FF62C1B5D80 System info: OS Name: Windows 10 or later OS Version: 10.10 OS Architecture: x86_64 Memory info: Virtual memory: 8452988Kb/137438953344Kb (1%) Working set (process physical memory): 2819528Kb/6215432Kb (45%) Commit charge (working set + process page file usage): 3865432Kb/12323348Kb (31%) Global physical memory: 5143872Kb/6215432Kb (82%) Global commitable memory (physical + pagefile): 7930832Kb/12323348Kb (65%) System info: APPLICATION = DISPLAYDEVICE 0 = \\.\DISPLAY1, Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_041E&SUBSYS_2B2C103C&REV_06 DISPLAYDEVICE 1 = \\.\DISPLAY2, Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_041E&SUBSYS_2B2C103C&REV_06 DISPLAYDEVICE 2 = \\.\DISPLAY3, Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400, PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_041E&SUBSYS_2B2C103C&REV_06

16 [IROCZ] SHADOW_WAKE Beta Testers 61 posts 10,670 battles Report post #3 Posted November 5, 2020 I'm also experiencing "critical errors and crashes" since last update.. well the 0.9.10 public test actually, they seemed to have fixed the issues with PT round 2 but since the official release it's back with a vengeance! Did you try a check and repair? Every time I run it it gets to about 97% and then starts repairing. But when I run it again it stills needs repairing and same even after 3rd attempt. I think I will try that next. I have never had to repair though. Can you tell me where I find that function

Can you tell me where I find that function Ahoy @Jystri, To do a check and repair: Go to "game settings" on the WGC Select "check&repair" on the drop down This will verify all game files have been properly installed, and if not, then it will repair the files for you. If this doesn't resolve the issue, run a WGcheck report: Go to the "?" on the left panel of the WGC Select "Create report" Attach the report to a Support ticket and send it to the Support team #anchorsaweigh
