So I have been playing WoWS since open beta, and I have recently started having a problem that hasn't surfaced for me since August of 2018. At times mid game and at the end of battle my game will crash. I get a message about it to restart or close the application. I went to "crashes" in my program files and today alone it has happened 8 times. 13 total times since April of 2016. Any suggestions will be appreciated. This is the report I get when I go to the crash file:

Crashes and freezes are reminders to check, update and properly install your drivers...

I recommend you start there first.

I'm also experiencing "critical errors and crashes" since last update.. well the 0.9.10 public test actually, they seemed to have fixed the issues with PT round 2 but since the official release it's back with a vengeance!

Did you try a check and repair?

Every time I run it it gets to about 97% and then starts repairing. But when I run it again it stills needs repairing and same even after 3rd attempt.

I think I will try that next. I have never had to repair though. Can you tell me where I find that function

I am experiencing my FPS rate drop from the normal 145 to 175 FPS play to normally now 75 FPS and then fluctuating widely from 1 to 75 FPS.    Just started with the recent download of latest game update.

Ahoy @Jystri,

To do a check and repair:

  1. Go to "game settings" on the WGC
  2. Select "check&repair" on the drop down

This will verify all game files have been properly installed, and if not, then it will repair the files for you.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, run a WGcheck report:

  1. Go to the "?" on the left panel of the WGC
  2. Select "Create report"
  3. Attach the report to a Support ticket and send it to the Support team
