Kremlin Unique Upgrade – Worth it?

Trying to find anyone who has played with this upgrade on the Kremlin.

Looking for pros/cons or general opinions and videos of gameplay before I advance.

CONS

PROs
  • 2 km loss in range
  • 19,200 research its is a lot
  • 2 second reload improvement
  • .13 improved rpm
  • 1 second improved traverse
  • 1 seconds traverse improvement
  • 30m less max dispersion

You're forgetting to account for the big hit that the UU gets you with. It reduces your consumables by 1. That means 1 less heal (2) , 1 less DC (3). Remember Soviet BB's don't have unlimited damage control parties. They traded that for a cooldown that is half other BBs.  Since it goes in slot 6, you're essentially trading 6% more rate of fire for: 1 less consumable, -12% range since the Kremlins guns traverse quick enough in most situations. 

If you play at the 15-18km range and don't tank damage, it may be worth it. If your BB play style requires using the consumables to maximize your ability to tank or finish the game, then it's not worth it.

I wouldn't be caught dead with that UU equipped. 18km range for a tier 10 BB is a joke, and the heal issues are as h9k says.

And you're paying 19k RB points for that. It's already too much for UUs, and for one as bad as this it's highway robbery.

I don't have this UU, but the hit to consumables jumps right at me way more than the range penalty.

 

I remember there was a discussion maybe 2 months ago when someone called the Kremlin Legendary being OP.  Clearly he didn't go into details about her Legendary, these are very significant hits.  She trades off a lot to fire 2 seconds faster than she would with MBM3.

MBM3 Kremlin still reloads almost as fast, keeps her max gun range, doesn't take a hit to her precious Consumables.

Looks like a Legendary Downgrade to me.

Thank you all for the great feedback!  The loss of a heal is really really BAD.
