If you have more then two regions of WOWS clients, I think Hapa stated you had to reinstall WOWS for this patch to work.

If you only have one then no...

Do a "check and repair" and reboot your system.

Uninstalled all, even WGC and reinstalled all again

Able to login in all regions, NA, EU & CIS

Not into the game

I logged into the (new patch) game successfully an hour ago, but am now getting the "older version" error message.

Methinks something just broke in the WGC or server.

EU historically patches a day later than NA, you trying to log into EU with the server consolidation? Something might be going on there.

No. I logged onto RU to have a look, but RU hasn't updated to 9.9 yet (which is odd).

I came back to NA via the WGC and have chosen the correct log-on credentials, etc.
