Kind of surprising that so many players are building up ship XP in preparation for the line split.

Why surprising??? Well haven't they read here on the forum how worthless these new ships are with their slow speed and slow reload. After all if the forum "experts" are right than a lot of time and effort is being expended for a new lemon port queen; and if the "experts" are wrong well then what's the purpose of going on living. :Smile-_tongue:

Of course with over 677K XP on my Colorado I'm ready to go anyway.

But the early access for Kansas can be achieved by completing directives in the early access event.

Sure, maybe some don't want to (or won't be able to) complete the grind or some are just taking out some insurance

True, and I also don't discount the amount of folks that don't read the release notes that tell them that they can get the Kansas without re-grinding Colorado.

Those RNG Random Bundles or Lootboxes?  Praying for the mission to drop?

No RNG to get the Kansas.  Just complete the directives.  Minnesota is in random bundles, but Kansas is not.

I have my Colorado. And I know how she handles.

It's a lot to do with understanding that.

Of course, players are savy enough to prepare.

Master the Colorado and you master them all.

And when you don't care about the experts at all, and just wish they'd release the thing so you'd have something new to shoot at?

It may be a turd, but it's shiny and new

Because having a shiny, new turd makes everything all better?

was written, on whatever it is they write that stuff on, but by that time reading had become so very OP it just had to be nerfed!

I don't know why players complain about Colorado; Colorado was fun and I enjoyed playing her,.Big, tanky dump truck that she is, it's not the ship, it's the Captain.
