17 second reload and 30% HP regeneration on a YAMATO, it was like having every power fantasy dream i could ever think of, and with the fact that i got slotted in with tier 8's and 9's just makes it even more busted

it was like my gun chimps were fed with banana's laced with speed and were just going ape, and the repair chips had a bout of brilliance were they understood the universe in its entirety

it was a very shocking exsperiance

If you think Yamamoto's OP, try putting a secondary spec'ed Gunther Lutjens on a secondary spec'ed German BB.

Have you experienced Kuznetsov in Kremlin?

Oh, you mean if you can actually fulfill the ridiculous requirements for skill to activate, as well as there actually being any game left to play?

Otherwise, all the mentioned captains are just another file helming a ship; dime a dozen; considering how many free captains WG throws our way.

Special captains are broken in general and should all be removed from the game. The last thing we need is even more power creep where a new player will be hopelessly outclassed and unable to obtain game-breaking commanders that give blatant advantages at no cost.

A big brain observation.  Unfortunately, its mob rule around here and your opinion will be swinging from a lamppost in short order.

I don't consider Yamamoto to be overpowered.  His best part requires Krakens, which doesn't fall from trees.  In addition, by the time you get a Kraken, the game is pretty much over.

His best part is the first blood boost. It's SI for free.

I'm surprised no one mention Halsey on a DM or Worcester.

95+% of the time, Yamamoto is simply a captain with slightly improved EM and PM skills. First Bloods and Krakens don’t happen with any great deal of consistency.
