i am reporting a bug  in players support

THEY DONT READ QUESTIONS PROPERLY

i put in a ticket about  the result from our clan battle  win

and they come back  asking for a WG CHECK  as if thats going to solve anything  as every team member  involved with that clan battle got the same result

heres what i sent them  i also sent them 2 replays

the battle lasted around 3 minutes  because the other team  all sailed  into  a swarm of gunfire and torps

FWIW, if a clan battle lasts less than 4 1/2 minutes the battle is effectively voided.  Here is the rule from the wiki:

If a battle lasts for less than four and a half minutes, players on both teams receive neither experience nor credits for that battle. This restriction has been introduced to avoid any unsportsmanlike conduct in battles. All teams that have this ratio applied during a battle for the first time will be kept under scrutiny and their battles will be subject to frequent reviews, just like battles involving all Clans with battle duration times close to that value. If a Clan is subject to an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty again, it will be banned from Clan Battles.

The reason the game ended was because the other team points got to 0. (start with 300 points and you loose 60 points per cruiser sunk, we sunk 5 really quick which was 300 point they lost)... Which happen in random battle too. Still should get credit and XP.

Curious to know what kind of "Unsportsmanlike" conduct would cause the game to end that quick?

The other team had all their ship close together (not following social distancing guideline... not sure if they had mask on...) We sent a bunch of torps and our cruiser finished off what was still floating...

We received 20 points clan rating Clan Battle, but didnt get credit, xp, etc... Ended up loosing credit because of service cost that they charged us

we werent unsportsmanship   we fought a fair battle  . it was the other teams problem for all there ships sailing into all the torps heading to them
