Some of the super testers must be able to make it work. Still, given the prevalence of radar and sonar in the high tiers, I don't see how I can possibly work. Very curious to see how it looks in a real game.

If it ends up wrecking face with the HE and SAP shells, the torps won't matter much.

I've seen it a few times pre SAP nurf and it was great.
