I'd gladly welcome some new Pan-American ships to the game.

Sorry to say but, from the left to right, they're the London, Alabama and Haida.

Agreed. (damn, you ninja'd me).

For future reference; Marcilio Dias was based on Mahan while Acre was an Hybrid British design ship (loosely based on H-class destroyers) using American Weaponry, both ships had single 5" 38 cal. guns.

Argentina had a class of Destroyers by WWII, the Buenos Aires class destroyers, based on British G class destroyers, which in game is represented by Gallant, it also had single 4.7" guns.

The above pictures, IMO, is representing the three main Languages and "Areas or Zones" of the NA server, English, Spanish and Brazilian, hence the flags.

This.

Despite it being circled, I think attention is meant to be drawn more to the flag, than the ship.

It's a shame the Minas Gerais isn't really fit for any tier that can do dailies and directives. She's got the gun power and probably the speed to survive at T5, but she would be regarded in the same vein as the Viribus Unitis - terribly vulnerable at tier and fun to muck around in, but nobody's best choice.

Ah, but that's the current warship which bears the name (Tier 10 Pan-Am CV). I'm talking about the dreadnought.
