maxFrameRate in 0.9.6

I used to be able to set my framerate up to 120fps. Since 0.9.6, the file doesn't appear to be there any longer. I scanned the directory and sub directories for engine_config.xml and found one in \bin\2666186\res, but changing the value there doesn't seem to work.

I did mention above that I found that file and changed it there. It had no effect, the cap remains set at 75fps.
