What is with all the overpens of late.

Seems every game it is overpen after overpen even when hitting BB.

Yes, the overpens seems to be pretty numerous. Just as an example one game tonight a bunch hits on a conq. who was sailing broadside all over pens. Many on my clan have been noticing a lot of over pens also.  I has become very frustrating.

Ever since the changes to BB AP shell damage vs DD's I have noticed a significant amount more overpens vs pretty much all targets, in my experience anyways. It could just be in my own head, but it seems like a majority of the shell hits in my BB's result in overpens, even against enemy battleships.

in addition to the overpens, i have been getting repeated salvos (from numerous ships) of exactly the same damage from full salvos, at different ranges!

in the kurfurst last week, it was 2 nights of 1310 damage... not 13k, 1310. in the montana, 1386. didn't matter if it was broadside desmoines, or bow on moskvas... or the despised and hated venizia, which i've never had an actual pen nor cit strike on. maybe part of the same malady/

Overpen damage is a certain % of citadel damage so it will always be the same amount of damage (from each shell that overpens) every time from the same ship no matter what the target...no matter where on the target it hits.

Overpens on BB have seemed to increase. Not sure why when you hit a BB now days even on full broadside BB at the water line you get overpens. Putting on tinfoil hat it almost seems like WG wants HE to be king.

I've only noticed it on certain ships...but it is frequent and irritating as ...as I don't know what.

Had back to back matches in my KG V where almost every hit was an overpen. Same problem with WV.

My Alaska? Couldn't get an over pen no matter how bad the angle or how bad the shot was. 

Its definitely weird
