Wargaming Divisions need to be 4 people

Um no,

DIV of 3 humans can result in unwanted lop sided games or snow ball affects. DIV of 4, and  its greatly magnified.

For operations yes you can have 7 in a DIV. For any other game mode its best if 3 in a DIV stays as the norm...

 Ot possible, would lead to even more blowouts. It wouldnt even be fun for the participants because it would lead to more coop style mercy rule matches

Battles where one team has a well coordinated clan division of 4 dominating the other team is the last thing we need.

The biggest problem with divisions is, IMO, the fact that you can get a full unicum division on one side, which then forces the game to pull a division for the other side.  If that division isnt very good, your team is now a big disadvantage.  This seems to happen a lot.

Before they start playing with larger divisions in randoms, they need to put in some basic match balancing.  Since they are 10000 percent against that.....then just no.

Being able to predetermine 1/4th of the people on your team is powerful enough.  We dont need it any higher.

Things killing random play at the moment:

40-45%ers

New players playing T9-T10 with 200 battles, including premium ships

Divisions

CVs

Lemming trains

Constant stomps.

And they are all interrelated.

Divisions contribute to constant stomps. I'd rather see no divisions. That way it's more of a level playing field. As someone else said, a three man div of purple likely draws a lesser div on the other side. Unfair. Kind of like how you can get 5 radars to 1.

Eh. Nothing will stop the death spiral at this point. WG will just keep saying more are playing.

ROFL, most people in WOWS don't spend anytime in the game, and 4 man divisions wouldn't provide them with a thing, except more blowouts.

Good players can have 3-ship-div win rates of 80% or more.  Let them div with 4 and you're probably talking 90%+.

For all the people that dislike "battles that are decided before the match starts", this is a terrible idea.

Hey, lots of people insist that they represent the majority.  He's just one of many.  He's just as wrong as the others, of course.  Find a cause on this forum to be for or against, and you'll find people insisting that they represent the majority, when really they're just yet another fart in the skillet of opinions.

Oh, and yeah, I do agree with your opinion that bigger divisions = bad.

From a balancing point of view I would agree, though they are pretty fun and 2-3 player divs are usually manageable (purples being the exception). it is really a trade between balancing teams and accommodating players who want to play together with friends, which is an essential feature imho.

So while I see the difficulty with making divs fair, 2-3 player divs are just the sweet spot between being OP and fun for the players. They should not remove them from randoms, though better balancing would be appreciated.

This is a very unpopular opinion. Most believe it will create more lopsided battles. I doubt it but that is me.

Maybe WG would run a 7 man division battle mode where 2 seven man divisions could lock horns at the tier of their choosing instead of clan battles. 

Just a suggestion.

You will find the forums are full of naysayers. They couldn't handle 3 player Divs and find all kinds of excuses not to add a fourth. I read so many pathetic excuses against this. WG needs to expand the Divisions if for anything else TEAMWORK ENCOURAGEMENT. Screw the Lone Wolves and the Lonely in the basement players. This game is in dire need of Teamwork Play.

Clan battles. You have an entire mode devoted to 'TEAMWORK ENCOURAGEMENT'.  Us, Lone Wolves, that you would like to 'screw' are the vast majority of players.  I am not interested in playing according to somebody else's schedule.

And Clan Battles ARE somebody else's Schedule Letting Divs increase to 4 would allow All players to play whenever they like 24/7-365

Like its that hard to play with other people. Christ I been in clans since 1999. My first ever online game.   Its not hard to play in divs.  Literally hop on voice comms , say good evening, ask if someone wants to div up.
