While most of us would prefer doubloons I do believe WG is giving fair compensation if you already have the Graf Spee.

I will have 2 Graf Spee's. I did not realize at the time I purchased the ship that HSF was the anime high school fleet. I detest anime & most non-traditional looking commanders.

Someone who used to play more, in my clan, sent me HSF Graf Spee, and a message that said "Yo, I heard you like Graf Spees, so I got you this Graf Spee to go with your Graf Spee".

yeah, for this event wg was literally "this is how it goes. these are the rewards. Odin is not free, here is the price. Graf Spee is free. you don't get dubs for it if you have it. here is how long it goes. here are the directives." about two months before the start of the event. they really wanted to forestall any resemblance to pr except of the shiny dockyard graphic.

..plus a 10-point captain. I have good use for one of those in my DKM ships as i was short one and wasn't about to grind a ship to promote one...plus I got the 7.2 million credits I had just spent on my Buffalo regrind and purchase back. Zero sum is fine with me for a ship I wll not spend a single doubloon to obtain, but I will take any freebees WG will give me and say thanks...

I've already seen one or two Odin's sailing around . It's whoever wants it really . Either bad enough or just because. 

Hell if I had the cash id get it as well. So we shall see what pops now.

Get used to paying for the ultimate prize ...although all the extras are ok IMO.

i thought this was common knowledge, clearly i was mistaken in giving everyone the benefit of the doubt on that, and yes, im rather disappointed at not being able to get some dubs off of having her, but at least that new camo will look good on her while she sits in port

They were pretty up front from the get go this event was catered only to those that pay. Why would expect anything worthwhile when they spelled that out for us from the start?

And there it starts.  $5 you'll start seeing duplicates in later events being rewarded by credits instead of dubloons.  They typical WG way, baby steps so usual masses don't notice -- like China and this half of the planet.

Yeah, I don't like Spee. The dispersion stinks, among other things. Played a total of 10 games in the past years, and my stats are awful.
