Unclear how to get it into my computer, however. Read the instructions and everything.

Seeing this reminds me of wanting to attempt the 1/200 scale Trumpeter Titanic model.  Just not sure if I have the skill to pull it off to the high standard it deserves.

Nice  I received Enterprise in a SC and have yet to play it because I'm not a Cv player.

The Trumpeters are great kits.

I did the Hornet a few years ago - converted it to CV 6 ENTERPRISE.

Goes well with my Indianapolis, San Francisco, Benson, North Carolina (converted to Washington) and Texas.

I really want the Saratoga with her 8" guns.

It'll be an interesting build for sure. Once it's done it'll be joining the Yamato, USS Missouri, USS Fletcher, Yukikaze, I-400, and USS Gato on my rapidly decreasing shelf space. Also have Akagi on order, but with the backlog, it might be a while for that one. I've been looking for some cruiser kits to round out the collection, and while Tamiya has a couple IJN types, finding a late war US cruiser has proven harder than expected.

My old man got me Old Ironsides when I was a kid, once we opened the box he said something like f this and it is still in a box in the attic today.
