It looked pretty big - but its not the biggest warship built - CVN 76 is 200 feet longer

I still just want to 3d print a smaller one . That thing looked as long as my arm and museum quality.

I've had 1:1200 models of the Yamato and Musashi for decades. The model I want to see is the one at the Yamato Museum in Kure - it is 1:10.

I'd much rather WG devote these kind of resources into the game, like devising meaningful missions for all those premium ships that are below tier V. HELLO!!!!!:cap_horn:

I think it's actually a 1:200 or 1:250 scale in 'Murican units. 1:42 is a model train scale, and even then the entire model would be ~20' (6m) long. I have a Tamiya 1/350 Yamato, and it clocks in a ~30".

As a reference, the spotter planes for a ship model at 1:48 scale would have a wingspan of ~1', so the ship would be enormous.

Still, a very cool build.

Has WG thought about partnering with a model company like Revell or Tamiya to offer these for sale?  I"m pretty sure this would be a slam dunk!
