Unique Capt Talents and Clan Battles

On some of these newer unique captains such as Lutjens, etc., why are their "talents" disabled in Clan Battles? You spend lots of coal to get them, why are your access to their "talents" restricted?

Balance, also many of the talents wouldn't work anyways since you cant get medals such as first blood, kraken or confederate in Clan battles. Their enhanced skills still do take effect and Halsey is a beast with his 75% reduced ammo switching.

Because most clans dont want to run into a Hurricane team where their ships are all better than yours just because they can afford to buy every last thing to maximize the performance of their ships.  It just is not balanced when someone can have a better version of a ship just because they ground or bought things others could not.  I dont like these things for random battles and they would be abhorrent for ranked, clan battles and other competitive modes.

If they started allowing special talents, then the best captains would always be used, which would also dictate the ships that would have to be used in order to be competitive.  Owning certain ships that are a "must have" is one thing.  Having to own a certain captain as well, adds another layer of "must have".

because of balance reasons. imagine a Hindenburg with about a 6sec reload, or a Z-52 matching gunpower with a Grozovoi, or a Venezia having an extra 1.5km of range smoke last an extra 4 secs, and her heal and extra 3. Or what about "you've almost killed a Stalin or Kremlin, he's almost dead with 3 fir... oh nvm, Kuznetsov activated." That could give that Stalin or Kremlin enough time to pull off a clutch salvo or radar that kills/puts an important target on low health that can swing a close game. There is also Cunningham whose can negate Daring's and Audacious' squadrons main weaknesses (low speed) by getting two floods, and extra tankiness for a Conqueror and Goliath with two kills (granted Conqueror and Goliath aren't really top dog comp ships)
