We are looking into this (as you are not the only one reporting it).
It should be said though that we are, for obvious reason having a significantly higher than normal server population numbers throughout the day so routing through to our servers may be slowing down some where.
Some ISP's are working on upping their assets currently to help with the increased volume overall, so this may be part of the issues. I know Comcast currently has a routing hub down too, but that one is handling the western states.
Those of us from the NA office currently working from home monitor our server status from the moment we wake up and for some of us until we go to bed to keep an eye on things, especially right now.
But if anyone is having issues with their pings PLEASE run a WGCheck and make sure you click "Extended network diagnostics" and send in a customer service ticket with that report attached. I have dropped the link explaining how to use the tool below.
