     Premium or tech tree?

On the premium side, you can't go wrong with Musashi and Atago. For tech tree, torpedo DD's have always been good for me due to the low maintenance cost versus higher scores they tend to rack up.

If you are struggling to make money at higher tiers, then whichever IJN ship at T6 or T7 that you consistently do the best in.

Doesn't Azuma make a decent amount of credits too?

Best money maker is Kii with the Kobayashi camo.

Any IJN ship at tier 6 or 7, without premium consumable or camo, on a Co-op run.... Depending on your skills or lack thereof, usually with a 2 kill minimum topping the boards...You can make a killing in Co-Op.

One you play well in.  Getting a fancy premium battleship for example won't mean anything if you suck in a battleship.  If you sucked all the way to Tier IX IJN BBs, then a fancy IJN Premium BB will still suck in the same hands.

If you need credits, play Ops with a good team (hint: Hoperatios Discord group). If you are semi-decent and have flags/camo you can make a good chunk.

Most anything in T6/T7 (esp premiums) will make money in a good Random battle.

Yes it does but Koi with that special cammo is actually the best IJN credit earner

If you are at least adequate at playing the game:

Kii with Koba.

Tier 9 special ships (since Mushi is gone, Azuma, BUT DON'T GET HIT).

Tier 8 premium.

For me Musashi followed by HSF Harekaze, Kii, Atago,  ARP Takao, and any of the ARP Myoko clones.

Asashio is my money maker. Take out a couple BBs and a DD grab a cap or two and chaching... I am talking most reliable to make it even on a bad team. KII makes it as does Mushashi but not like Asa can game in game out.

Tier-1 Hashidate.

Has no service cost.  ;-)

At 7,000 doubloons for the camo, it had better be!  :Smile_veryhappy:
