PTS rewards on your live server account usually come out a bit after the patch in question hits the live server, and you have to manually go check for them on a specific page.

Check for Rewards

These are usually issued when Russia collects all the PTS stats, shortly before the update drop.  It's been happening earlier lately, but no guarantees.
