56 [ARB_2] LeavingForever Members 173 posts 2,533 battles Report post #1 Posted February 13, 2020 Been awhile since I played and on max settings I am getting like 16 to 14 fps on max settings. I am unsure how this is even impossible when every other game I play runs smoother then butter. 32 gigs of Ram i7 9700k rtx 2070 all his on my alienware aurora should run the game fine and with a 240 refresh rate monitor. Am I missing something? INB4 "hur ur pc sux skrub" I use to play this game on a legit craptop and it ran perfectly even on high settings. What's going on here? Sorry if I am posting in the wrong section or not but I felt necessary. 1

The workaround was to turn off Gsync for those circumstances. Full-screen is unaffected.

They can be from the server or from the internet-service-provider experiencing traffic jams on the internet pathways.

No it is lag all around, my net has nothing to do with it, I get explosive lag straight out of heck in port and battle. 5 minutes ago, Navalpride33 said: What installation process did you use ??? ??????????? Message received. Thanks for the clarification. I was having problems the other night. But they might have been temporary or local to me (New Hampshire). Oh boy! Um. Do me a huge favor... (because I am thinking you installed your drivers wrong)... Go back to your GPU driver manufacture DL the correct driver for your card.. Manually install them WITH the option of clean install fully. This means doing for example for GTX card (if you use the same GPU company you will see it), Clicking on manual install.. Click and check the box for clean install. Click ok... Now, I am not saying this is the only thing wrong here... But I do think you have a GPU driver conflict. Once this is done will see what use is wrong. Edited February 13, 2020 by Navalpride33 1

I'll make sure to make a note of that for the next guy ... TY for the feed back. As for my recommendation, (even though it was not nesecery for now), manually install your GPU drivers.

Don't feel bad. Many years ago when I started my first tech business we had a FURIOUS man call us ..he was besides himself and fuming. NO VIDEO and he spent 500 on a GPU...... Yeah you guessed it. Had his monitor plugged into the stock VGA.... That was an expensive oversight. At least you figured it out!! GJ

Nope, Its a forum and if they ask for help the worst one can do is remain silent... Telling someone to stop helping or to remain silent instead of troubleshooting the problem with anyone who is in distress. Its the wrong approach. In the OPs case... Cables would've been the last thing on the troubleshooting list, based on what he disclosed. Edited February 13, 2020 by Navalpride33 1

Instead of video, I'd look at audio and the net stack.

It is humping the hell out of single core.. Unlike World of Tanks. They fixed it making it multi-core support.
