Although TBH, I've never gotten anything I would consider "crap" from an SC. (and I've seen people get stuff that I would consider as such) Worst was 50 ESCL flags, best was an AZ. I'm getting to the point where, although I have enough to play every ship with "special" camo, some more not-so-special camo would be welcome, so I can use it on "for fun" keeper ships, and save the better stuff for active grinds. The 15k coal? I have close to 400k coal. They removed JB and Smolensk and replaced them with one DD so all that extra coal means diddly squat. Nobody plays DD in high tiers anymore with all that radar spam. If that weren't enough, the new Russian cruiser line is bringing us what? you guessed it, more radar and HE spam ships.
