Narai when WG screws you, then no one plays right.

So I just played Narai, as previously stated.

I love to play my Atlanta and go south for the transports, as with her that job is similar to shooting fish in a barrel. Even with as bad a player as I am, the Atlanta's fire rate more then makes up for any shells that may miss. I always ask / announce at the very beginning that that is my intention. I then implore either one CA, or a CA and a DD to go clear the CV and it's escorts out of the north.

Usually it works out.

Tonight it didn't for two reasons.

     1. WG really played a joke on us. No BB's, and the Atlanta has such thin armor I might as well be another DD. (edited: there was one BB, a Scharnhorst)

     2. Another one of the CA's followed me south, trying to shoot transports the whole time, ignoring the fleet that desperately needed help. He then proceeded to sail the southernmost route only to die once he passed the point of the islands and entered the bay.

I know anyone reading this more then likely honors requests such as mine, and probably can follow a simple strategy, but if you know any of my fellow captains in that match, please explain to them what they did wrong.

How is players making poor decisions in Narai WG's fault? O and your team did have a bb.

I'm aware WG has no control over the player's decisions. And I see your point, the Scharnhorst. However, he died so early on I completely forgot he was even there at all. *shrugs*

Honestly, I'd sooner blame people picking DD despite seeing there was another already waiting after they did, and then not changing despite likely waiting a while to get in. I can use a DD in most ops pretty effectively, but I have one simple reason I never, ever take them anymore.

1 DD is acceptable matchmaking. 2 DDs is painful. But 3 DDs? Unless you have the luck of the gods and your dds are, themselves, gods when it comes to using the things, you might as well just say it's a 4 man PUG. Most DDs just die not long into ops, so usually you're just down however many.

After so many times getting 2-3 DDs on my team, I just gave up on playing DDs in ops, and have had better luck with matchmaking since. It's just not worth risking more DDs queueing while I'm waiting.

Edit: That said, I really feel there should be a cap of 2 DDs in ops at most. 3 is waaaaaay too many.

Actually I take that back.... Every since Nari was the operations of the week... Things out of our control, have been an issue of our frustration... So if its out of our control, its WG fault automatically.

Some will agree with me after seeing the pic... Its very annoying or frustrating.

How is any of this WGs fault?

Either carry harder or get some friends to run it with.
