New Survey from WG

This is my typical dead ended attempt to give a  Survey from the game client over the past year 2019 and so far is 2020. If you don't want me to take the survey don't ask. Happened at least 50%

What size monitor/resolution do you play at? I've never seen this happen to myself or anyone else before.

This is the first time I've ever seen this occur. 

I would reccomend running a check and repair in case you have corrupted file somewhere.

If you could DM me some more details of your PC config (WGCheck) I can submit this into support and ensure its not something on our end.

I've had maybe 3 of those surveys....

They were each 1 question long: "How likely are you to recommend WoWs to your friends?" (paraphrase)

The scale is a 0 (not at all likely) to 10 (definitely likely).

I always choose 2.

Survey ends.

These survey invites have always been 50/50. When they do work, it is only one question.

Would you recommend WoWS ?

The much heralded and eagerly anticipated WoWs event for 2019 was...

A.  The disappointing Tier 10 Puerto Rico over hype.

B.  The misleading pre-release information on the construction requirements of the Tier 10 Puerto Rico.

C  The misleading pre-release information on the cost requirements  of the Tier 10 Puerto Rico.

D. The misleading pre-release information on the time requirements  of the Tier 10 Puerto Rico.

E.  All the above.  The whole thing was really greasy.

For those who missed it, the box isn’t empty, there’s tiny gray text that says he’s already taken it.

happened once for me with the last survey question when i answered 1 or 2 on the first question about if i would recommend the game, but it makes sense that WG only wants the survey taken by players that agree with everything

it is on WGs end and you know it,  with a low opinion of the game comes a 0 desire to have WG's survey taken. Negativity is not a concern and one they do not wish to hear

If you do run WGcheck, take a long look at all the information it sends to WG that's completely unrelated to WOWS or your hardware.

2. When were your born?

3. How much schooling do you have?

4. Are you married?

5. What is your job?

6. What are your hobbies?

7.Which mobile operator do you use?

8. Which internet operator do you use?

9. Whats your Social Security number?

 

I mean come on WGing.  Try to be a bit more discreet next time.

Aloha,

So you might have gotten the wrong font color on your survey screen, but if you open your image you can see that it says "You have already taken this survey. Thank you for your opinion!" Which would mean you already took that survey and the button was an automated pop up probably in game.

I answered the parts about the game itself honestly, and then skipped/evaded the invasive irrelevant parts.

I usually get the survey page loading, but waiting for 2 minutes appears to be a problem on WGs end.

So I typically answer these, but if I get the 2 min or so loading page, then I just close.

Internet is never perfect.

Maybe send these out to player emails? It's just a suggestion.

This has happened to me numerous times, checked the game just now. No corrupt files, nothing.

It was a one question survey... I answered in the 7-10 range and didn't get any more questions.

Not everything is a conspiracy. Sometimes(almost always) things are exactly what they appear to be.

I answered "4" on my overall like of the game, but entered a LOT of things I didn't like in the second box. 

Much of the survey was stuff that doesn't have anything to do with WOWS, just invasive irrelevant "what's your job" and "when were you born" and "who is your cable and cell phone provider" and creepy.
