...I won't be able to take the ships out to sea, because I'll spend the entire match worrying about a little black kitty cat catching an artillery shell or something. Listen, I'm a softy, okay? :cat_paw:

just tell the enemy you have a cat prowling the bow, it'll make them think twice.

Don't worry, he is unsinkable.

That's the reason of his "timely" retirement from his duty with the RN.

Serious, he survived the carnage on the Bismark and was so lucky to be found on a piece of wood in the North Atlantic. What should kill him after that?

Like the one Japanese, that survived the nuclear attacks on Hiroshima and Nakasaki. Quite a story. And he died a few years ago of old age.

You could always attach some sort of toy to the helm and when evasive maneuvers are required, let the cat on to the bridge.

Be thankful he's not on Tirpitz.  They might send him to visit the enemy ship.

Spoiler

I think Sam needs a tiny rowboat to show up in when his ship is sunk in battle.

That would A.) be absolutely perfect purrfect and B.) alleviate all my fears of taking him out to sea. Brilliant!

It should be an achievement if you pick Sam up before he drowns when a ship sinks, like the Shchors commander in Aegis or the survivors in Dynamo.

Wait, are you sure you're a dawg?

That's actually a pretty darn good idea.

If you don't throw ideas out there, none of them are good, this one was a no brainer though. The "Sam's Fourth Ship" Achievement.

Like a secret weapon …

Just launch him over to the other side on a CATapult :)
