My left mouse button will not select any of the tabs in port or the game interface after the update, works fine in windows.

The volume slider for in port music is non functional when using the "User Music" option. The slider for in game volume controls both in game and in port music. This has been broken since 8.1.

The french alternate camo isn't selectable after unlocking it in the collection. The second flag works fine though

 

Fixed just needed a few restarts

I received warnings from Norton AV complaining that the digital signature was not valid for the game and for the browser process that loads when you go into the armoury.

Reset my German BB line and didn't get the port slots back. Not sure if it's just not updating or what. I should have 7 available slots 3 that I had yesterday +5 -1 for buying the Nassau again. I also didn't get dubloon comp for them.

in the details screen displaying damage dealt and received  - usually mousing over the damage types received  - HE, AP etc - it used to give a summary of which enemies did how much He, AP damage etc ... there is no longer a summary there - just damage totals from all enemies... 

It would be nice to get that back in order to try to understand what is causing the damage and figure out how to better reduce that damage ..

 Somehow I have a  "Default Patch." Dont know how to fix it

Also check your GPU percentile guys... It may be running to high from normal.

Hiya since the patch I have been unable to access the game it is constantly giving me an server error unable to connect. Is there a problem with the servers? (NA is mine). Game does load then the sync screen is where i cannot go further. I cant ask your support service as it wont load or work.

I like your game and want to play but need some help pls.

Also once I try to leave the game it wont close on the steam client I have to exit steam and even then the client is running in the background. So I have to restart my Comp. Done that 3 times so far to see if game is available.

My antivirus (Comodo) caused the same problem for me.  It had never previously caused trouble over WG updates.

I am having same issue. Clan Naval Base too. I don't run mods

EDIT 1 - I am going to completely uninstall WOWS and reinstall.

EDIT 2 - Reinstall of entire program fixed.

EDIT 3 - Again today it is not working.

EDIT 4 - Clearing the World_of_Warships_NA\profile\cef_cache does nothing either (Me thinks have something to do with the new hardware acceleration of the ingame web browser?)

Are you running any mods? If so, try disabling them and relaunch the client.

Make sure Norton AV and firewall software has whitelisted your WGC and WOWS client.

The clan chat indicates I have 25 unread messages (25), but when I open it there is none.

Randomly writing a message in the clan chat the window closes after pressing ENTER

Autopilot route not show on screen as in 8.6, it shows only in the minimap

I have no mods, and the issue does not go away after shutting down Comodo as was suggested as an issue.

 

EDIT: OK I ran task manager and shutdown all Comodo instances running in background and this fixed the left click issue. Restarted Comodo with game running and it seems to be working.

You can deleted the sub-folder in there called "Cache".

It will reappear once you relaunch the game and populate files again.

As of now, NA servers are online and available.

Can you submit a Support ticket?

The Support team is better able to isolate the cause.
