How do i limit the amount of posts on 1 page?

Everytime i open a thread that has a lot of posts, they are on 1 page, and it makes my computer laggy

If the forums are making you laggy the actual game may be worse. You may want to look into changing ISP or hardware.

Pretty sure a 1000 post thread with images will make anyone lag if they open it as one big page...
