Alt flags question.

I did a forum search for my answer but didn't quite find what I was looking for. So the question is, on ships that served in both wars, are you able to switch flags or is it something you have to unlock? For example on pre war German ships, can you choose between the Reichmarine or the Kriegsmarine flag? Or say the Imperial Russian ensign and the Soviet one on Russian ships? Or FFNF and the tricolor for the French?

As lert said, flag switching is generally not an option, but there's plenty of mods that involve flags.

Do a search for Aslain's Modpack.  It's been a while since I used it, but last I did months ago, one of the mods to possibly select were historical flags.
