It is costing 70,000 credits on average per savage battle.  I cant fit upgrades on ships because I don't have enough credits.

I suck in random battles and I can't move forward. because no amount of grinding is getting rewards

In fact it is costing 70,000 credits in service fees to operate a savage battle.

I noticed the because the battle for resources mission is actually costing more than i am earning and i will soon run out of credits and be unable to finish unless i spend cash to buy credits to finish

War gaming is a constant greed grief based money trap web of lies.

Log out for a week or so. Return when it's impossible for you to achieve the grind goal. Congratulate yourself on not being one of WarGaming's rats in a maze for a piece of cheese. Play for the enjoyment.

Welcome to the upper tier economy. Without premium time and permanent camouflage only unicum level players can play for free, everyone else need to play middle tiers to finance their high tier play. Just ignore the event and play your regular ships and work on getting better.

Savage Battles is "expensive.". Go ahead and figure out how much time the grind is going to take you while playing a mode you are absolutely sick of to maybe earn a ship that you may not even like.

thanks for the support really

I got inactive clan member left and right and I get so frustrated i can't spend money. I want to spend.

I just don't know what War Gaming really wants and I'm not going down that rabbit hole with my cash when the ethics presented are worse than a casino.

I do want to buy a nice Tier 9 Destroyer. but i don't want to get bundled into buying loot boxes and fuel tokens to buy my way out of impossible tasks.

I need 3 mill more to complete battle for resources and all my savage battle ships are in need to service and cannot be used.

50% off sale low tier ships looks pretty tempting to me, and a lot cheaper than T9

I thought OP meant the Rogue Wave/Savage Battles was breaking their bank?

True but the event ships are tier 10 with the full tier 10 economy. Without premium time the operating costs are breaking him.

i missed Independence too by 3000 free XP points the final phase the Free XP is nerfed pretty hard on free to play account.

I have not enjoyed a match since i was in the Nicholas Tier V DD. I sail Benson and can not afford to upgrade any modules. its bare bones naked Sad experience.

Fushun pan am Tier VI I'm completed the exp for the ship but i can't afford the new ship to advance into and the upgrades neither.

I would prefer that WG make Tiers 1-3 free and then the rest Premium only.   Stop all the games to get higher returns.

CV ReworK!!!!

Other attempts which piss off the paying players.  Sorry but Free to play is fine to show the game to new players.  But if you like the product why should you not pay for it?

As a free to play player. I agree. Especially if the game can have more appropriate rewards for the events missions and goals.

Monthly fees make a hard commitment to reach however, If I purchased any premium ship. Couldn't it give me access to the premium tier in the specific ship. I Would be motivated to buy ships when I have funds available for this game.

The grief and punishment system creates a lot of salty players even myself.

Many matches I spot enemy ships and launch torps that are avoided then get popped in 1 hit gaining little to no EXP. making progress slow and, losses heavy if using camos signals consumables

I would find it hard to pay a monthly membership for a playground I'm gonna get my [edited]handed to me in.

I spend about $30-$50 a month on games or entertainment this game has taken a lot of my time. It still feels like a job. Feeding elite players much more than receiving credit.

I would agree Tier V is as far as i ever needed to go for free.

And No Participation in any campaigns missions or Events unless you are premium.

Be upfront and honest not a bait scam. I can't spend money if I can't trust WG

Actually not entirely true, you left out premium ships, freely given economic Camos, credit earning signal flags, and cost reduction signal flags. You can easily take a premium ship out to pile up the credits, then you are free to use any high tier ship you wish. :cap_like:

True but even with the permanent camouflage that I assume the event ships have a free player will struggle to make a credit profit.

Yeah that is why I always keep nice reserve supply of credits banked from grinding  credits in premium ships, I always assume that sometimes I may need to use ships that will drain my credits while using them. But if surplus credits have been saved up for that purpose, then your still coming out ahead.

just earn enough free exp or coal to get a high tier premium ship for free and farm credits that way. everything can be done as free to play, it just require more time

Only the 3 star ones are full T10 though, the 2 star (Sea Devil and Mizu Jet are imo not too far behind their 3 star counterparts) are T7-8 while the 1 stars are such that you won't lose credits if you don't go afk.

OK, I didn't play the mode enough to notice that, wasn't going to grind like an insane hamster on meth for a ship type I don't play very often.

I ground all three lines to T3 with my clanmates in the first two weeks, it was quite fun then but getting through even the 'easy' Directives 3/4 missions mostly solo was a slog.

I am new at this, but it looks like the higher the tier the more your going to have to pay real money.  T5 is as high as I have gotten.  Looking at the economics I don't think I will buy ships higher than T5.  I play for fun, and the higher you go the more intense it gets and the more the other players have primo ships and spend lots of money.   I think I need a Liberty Ship like my dad sailed on, make money and don't get sunk:Smile_facepalm:
