Tea time: activated by Devasting Strike. All members of the crew rejoice in a cup of chai Restore all destroyed aa mounts, gun mounts, and torp mounts

Paddling time. Activated by Kraken.  Restore 7% health and lower all reloads by 10% for the rest of the game.

He isn't available yet. Seems to only be on PTS. Maybe next patch? Haven't seen any word on when or how.

Now... if WG would let him do the voice-overs, with his quips.

I'd trade in all my anime captains for it.

Oh yeah it is his voice for sure and he has some funny phrases for some of it including "that's a paddlin" for the big hits. He has some other hilarious ones like the AA one I commented on already (need more daka), he goes fire...fire...fire when you get set ablaze, and a few more. I even heard one where he said the enemy is about to win...unless someone does something stupid. Man it is great. I can not wait for this Capt. 

Jingles for President  (yes I know, he is not a US citizen and not of natural birth in the US and thus can not be President - it was a joke - in before someone comments on this).
