Click on the little gear icon at the lower right above the carousel, ensure decorative camos are visible. I love my CV skins in particular , they have eagles and bats for the planes! space camo set was nice too. though they forgot tot paint some of the rubber life boats the same color, which kinda bugs me since I'm a bit OCD when it comes to organisation. also don't beat yourself up, I freaked out when I got my Musashi and didn't have my HSF skin, turns out you had to buy it IRL and couldn't earn it for free like Yamato's!
