Yes, this is a repeat of past rants.

One must wonder what people are thinking. Is it that hard to comprehend that there are no stars awarded in a loss? The cruisers & DD's that spawn on the east side of the map will easily sink every transport if given half a chance. You must distract them.

3 BB's in one match. 2 stay on the west side & sink all but one of the ships out of the northwest. The surviving red ship is badly damaged. The 3rd BB yolo's into the mist of the escort ships and is given a hot reception, constantly on fire & starts screaming for support.  Why didn't he slow down & use his range advantage until help arrived. We were on slow BB's. My Fuso, New Mexico & Normandie can & do sink cruisers with a single broadside in Aegis. His NM will do the same and before he is in range of the escorts. I shift into high speed when the 1st escort is sunk so I can be in position to attack one of the 3 BB's necessary for a star.

I make no claim of infallibility & screw up from time to time. But I don't rush a slow BB into a group of 5 cruisers nor do I chase stars when the victory is in jeopardy.

Now I feel better.

It's generally not so bad for Aegis, but it's particularly bad for Narai... I hate seeing people going for the transports and the CV when we are down two ships entering the base :Smile_sceptic:
