Ok.. I know we need 36 chibis to complete the collection.. Prem containers dont drop chibis and we get only 3 reg containers with the first set of missions.. Another way to get is dailiy containers with low chance of drop...

TO WG... Will there be any other way to obtain chibis?.. IE, additional missions rewarding container so we can complete collection.

Once you start the collection you'll be able to find collection items in regular crates until that collection is completed.

The Azure Lane collection pieces will drop in daily containers. I believe that the Cmdrs, except for Azuma, are only in the premium containers.

From what i got from the others, I think you'll keep on getting the collection as far as it's incomplete.

If the collection has the "Collecting / Don't Collect" options, they have the possibility to continue to drop in regular daily containers ... if Collecting is on.

Other collections without the option are only active during their events or when WG makes a mission (i.e. current Bismark missions).

Added info:  The ongoing collections are called Subscriptions ... read about them here:

I got one of the Chibis from a regular daily container.

Having said that, looking at the prices of the AzurLane Premium Containers all I can think is, "Its almost like they don't want people to buy these digital boxes."

I also wondered. Does it mean that Azuru Lane's collection of mini characters has no expiration date?

I thought it would be difficult to collect mini characters only in May.

Ocean Current ends at: Fri. Jun. 07 4: 20 AM PT. But will the mini-character collection continue?

Considering that I have been able to complete several of the other collections long after the event ended, I'd bet once we have the ball rolling with collecting the chibis (there's something I've never typed before :Smile_teethhappy:), we should continue getting them until we complete the collection or turn off the collection. I do hope that before this event/collab is over we get an opportunity to directly purchase the individual newer captains from the set, rather than be forced to either buy them all, or try for them in the containers. I'll admit, I gave the containers a go trying for the Prinz Eugen (since I like the idea of putting her on the proper ship in place of the spare Hipper I ended up with after one of these missions a few months back), and ended up with 3 Yukikazes (counting the one that came with the ship), 4 Atagos, 2 Kagas, 3 or maybe 4 Montpeliers, 3 Neptunes, and a Dunkerque. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't have the Allied/Axis separated accounts that resulted from a mix up when I signed up, but I had 7 or 8 captains that I couldn't use on my IJN/Axis account, so for better or worse, I dismissed them as I wasn't sure if they came with captain reserve slots or not, and I already have a collection of spare captains on that account. On the bright side, it's a good thing Atago has a nice voice seeing as I have 4 of them now, though I'm only using one at the moment on my Atago B, regular Atago has a dupe Haguro in training and ARP Takao is running herself (obviously). I'm set for the next 8 IJN Premium or line ships that get added that I don't already have a spare captain lined up for.

I got super lucky with the crates. All I really wanted was Atago, to put in my Atago B. Bought one crate and got her.

I do think WG should give out more combat missions. I finished the Hood one in about an hour. It was crazy easy for a month long event.

I have 8 out of the 36 chibis, I think.

Yes, she's the reward for collecting all the chibis.

Think I used up my allotment of luck for the month on my Allied account with the Russian crates. Got all 4 BB missions in only 9 premium crates (technically 8, but I did buy 7 + 1 + 1, so I count that last crate as well, as those last 2 were using up some spare cash I had on hand figuring I might have a shot at getting the last one I was missing), not too shabby considering it cuts out most of the grinding and actually got me to try the things. I had almost no interest in them until I tried one of them, they really seem to suit me well with the mid and close range accuracy thing, as that is were I prefer to fight.
