Not much else to say here. The crew of the Petrel did it again and this time they found the aircraft carrier that gets the least attention in WW2, the USS Wasp CV-7. More information and photos here:

I wonder who is funding these days. Paul... The co founder of micro soft and the owner of the Seahawks was funding a lot of the expaditio. After his passing I wonder who took over.

Does anyone know why Paul was so 8nterested in sunken ww2 navy ships?

Poor Wasp gets no credit and it had an unfortunit history from what little I know about her.
