PM me with your Error message please. We'll try to investigate the reason.  
Also did you try "check and repair" in the Launcher's settings?

i have try the Check and Repair 

i also install the check program for wargaming but still don`t work

every time lauch this will put up

Critical Errors Occured the error has been collected in the report 

when i check there this three:

19_02_04_13_07_11_522

19_02_04_13_07_11_522.unprocessed

    I would recommend you to create WGCheck report and attach it to the ticket to the support team. Attach also the link to this topic not to attach all files once again.

    There may be a queue. Usually it's no longer than 1-3 days. So the only way is to be patient and wait the answer.
    And please don't add anything to your ticket because it will transfer your ticket to the end automatically.
