Need help on new CV upgrade specifics

I'm trying to complete the update to the wiki Upgrades article with the stats of the upgrades introduced in 0.8.0.

Unfortunately, I don't have any CVs (well, Langley) so I can't look at the client for them.  Please reply with specific effects for these upgrades:

  • Attack Aircraft Mod 1
  • Attack Aircraft Mod 2
  • Torpedo Bomber Mod 1
  • Torpedo Bomber Mod 2
  • Dive Bomber Mod 2
  • Flight Control Mod 1
  • Flight Control Mod 2
  • Air Groups Mod 2

Also, one thing that is not clear:  How do the new Skills such as Direction Center for Fighters work with Catapult Fighters?

Answer:  It adds a second fighter like the old DCCA.

Attack Aircraft Mod 1:  Attack aircraft attack time +2s.

Attack Aircraft Mod 2:  Attack aircraft HP +7.5%.

Torpedo Bomber Mod 1:  Torpedo bomber attack time +5s.

Torpedo Bomber Mod 2:  Torpedo bomber HP +7.5%.

Diver Bomber Mod 2:  Dive bomber HP +7.5%.

Flight Control Mod 1:  Aircraft restoration time -5%/Aircraft carrier deck places available +2.

Flight Control Mod 2:  Cruising speed of the aircraft carrier squadron's +5%.

Air Groups Mod 1: +20% speed of returning aircraft

Aircraft Engines Mod 1: +10% engine boost time (stacks with 1pt Improved Engine Boost skill)

 

I don't have a T10 CV, so I can't look at the slot 6 Air Groups Mod 2.

I see a note that Radio Location can't get a bearing to an aircraft carrier.  I've seen nothing else to support this.  Anyone know?

 


For Manual Fire Control of AA,  +20% reinforcement efficiency is a buff and -20% reinforcement time is a nerf (and thus should be red).  Correct?
