So I’m having tons of lag in port after the update. Port will literally freeze for 10 seconds here and there. Only place I have lag though. However, many of my clan mates and friends are having severe lag issues while playing matches or even random disconnects while loading a match. None of us had these problems until the carrier update. Are you guys/gals working on a fix for it?

Thank you for reply. At the moment I don't see a big number of reports with similar issues in the queue. I want you to create a WGCheck report and send it to our Support.
Please provide all info you have. That will help to investigate the reasons faster.

All due respect. This is also the same here. I wouldn't say 10 seconds, but significant enough to be annoying. It seems that the higher the ping the longer the port lag.

My EU account (and where I am) is more snappier.

im also experiencing the same issue for 10 second intervals quite often from putting signals on, to changing camos to viewing tech tree or opening clan chat  has only been doing this since the latest update its very very annoyingly frustrating.. ive done a repair install of the game since just to make sure nothing was missing from the latest update and still its doing the same thing.. its happening practically anytime i change from 1 tab to another in port even clicking  on battle.. as soon as im in game  playing the battle i play for up to 20mins no actual inn game issues until i return back to port  after the game

Doing the same thing here just since the update, ran perfect before that....trying to do anything in training room is about as much fun as brain surgery while still awake.

I am also getting unresponsive port after perofrming most aciton e.g. changing flags, ship, commanders etc - for 3-10 seconds usually. Something is def making the port less responsive than it's already slow self.

I am seeing null values for about 2 seconds after readying up a ship in a div instea dof the name.

I am also seeing much more interface issues such as not being able to open the div chat windows etc

I'm having similar issues since 9.4; experiencing heavy packet loss. I looked up the server address on Reddit and ran a couple traceroutes to check, and it looks like tracert consistently times out twice on the final hop to the WoWS server, assuming I have the address correct.

Tracert results posted below.

I have also been having this problem for the last 2 weeks. The problem goes away / diminishes when I restart the game. It seems to be more common if I have left the game running or been playing for a while. It does not happen in my first few games of the day. It does not happen with other games.

Try a flush of your system memory by doing a cold shut down and restart.

This was literally the first thing I tried. It makes the problem go away... until it comes back. Later on I discovered that a cold reboot was not necessary - simply closing down the game and restarting it (the game, not windows) would resolve the problem, again temporarily. It seems to correlate very highly with the amount of time that the game has been running / how long I've been playing. I'm checking out the WGCheck utility now - but I'll probably not run the extended network diags until later.

I have been seeing excessive lag and disconnects since the 8.4 patch. Before this last patch I had not had a single disconnect from the game, since I get several every day and see massive pings spikes. Tonight I had 5 different disconnects while sitting in port. I have talked to several others and they are seeing random ping spikes and disconnects as well. Tonight during a game several of us in a division got a ping spike all at once and we are on different isp's located on opposite sides of the country, it seems to be server side issues.

I have had Port lag for the last 2-3 patches.  It seems if I click most options like captain skills  or check missions and when i come back to the port there is a 6-8 second lag most times
