Did IFHE get nerfed this patch? (Or maybe a previous one I missed somehow, apologies if that's the case)
I can't find any mention of it in the patch notes but when I check the skill description it says it only works with guns up to 139mm, not 152mm like Cleveland or Worcester .

It says right there

"Armor penetration capacity of HE shells with a caliber up to and including 139mm"

"Armor penetration capacity of HE shells with a caliber exceeding 139mm"

All ships fall into one of those two categories.

Yes but didn't it use to work with 152mm? I'm just wondering when this changed.

Wilvan..

Read:
Calibers EXCEEDING 139mm. Aka  gun >> 139mm caliber guns

Calibers up and including 139mm. Aka  gun <= 139mm

They just need those two separate identifier lines so they can set separate fire chance reductions to them.

Nope, no change to IFHE... Its always been that way... There haven't been a change to IFHE for a long time.... But the suggestions to not use a skill, not that has only ben around for 4 months or less.

It doesn't mean you can;t use the skill. Its stating, based the ships parameters its not wise to use this skill. IF you choose the use the skill after you been warned their is not good benefit for it. Then its on you.
