Carriers that send back planes full or ordinance should suffer a replenish penalty.

To prevent abuse of the immunity planes soaring high above AA when recalled to the carrier have, a penalty for sending back planes with unexpended ordinance should be put into place.

Call it "re-arming time" +% reload delay for each plane recalled with unexpended ordinance. A player trying to exploit the recall mechanic should incur nearly the same reload wait time if they had

launched their full number of attacks. The penalty should not be the same as losing all planes in a squad, the penalty for poor game play should be higher to encourage players to better their play.

Currently there's no penalty for getting into trouble and recalling to avoid damages. Damages should incur, to reward smart play by the ships or opposing carrier. Currently planes just climb like a

missile to untouchable altitudes at G forces no human could possibly survive.

In some cases this may be a problem,  but dont forget that the planes do have to travel all the way back to the carrier, and then new planes have to get where they need to go, so there is downtime in terms of travel. Also, it wouldn't really be fair to most players in an instance of, say, seeing a better target that may require different planes. If I have torp bombers out going after a BB, and see a DD sneaking up on me, I'm most definitely recalling to get rocket planes out and maybe deter him for a bit.

Yes. Add more problems to the lack of ship control we already have. Outstanding idea.
