This is the second time they’ve offered perma camo discounts for tech tree ships, and tier 10s were explicitly excluded both times. Running a -10% signal flag, I giggle when I play a game in the Kii, and afterwords see that service/ammunition cost of ~25,000 credits (-60% total.) I love playing my Roma, so I'd buy the Kobayashi for it also, but I refuse to have a gargantuan beer can adorning my Italian beauty. What were they thinking???? I bought the Norwegian and the Special (blue colored) camo for my Tirpitz, because she's a favorite bote also, and I like variety every now and then. The best value was the 2nd perm camo option for Missouri, which cost me one (1) credit. I bit the bullet, and saved for months to get that one! As for the sale, I put perm camo on my Tech Tree botes I figured will never be sold for scrap: North Carolina, King George V, Buffalo, Benson, Neptune. Any ship which is not a T10 but for various reasons I choose not to grind higher gets one. Any ship I think is merely a stepping stone to the next ship up the line does NOT get one. Join a clan and you can get up to another -15% off the service cost. Our clan is building the final -3% building next, so I got -12% for the Clan bonus, -10% for the signal flag and -50% for the Kobayashi camo.
