I have traveled to many places when I was in the Navy, and I made an interesting observation. Namely, the average person in the US, the UK, the middle east, and elsewhere are all pretty much the same. We just want to live our lives and take care of our personally business. The actions of politicians are not so benign unfortunately, but you can't judge a person based on a politician or head of state, you have to judge an individual as an individual.
