How to Submit a Support Ticket

While many issues can be peer-resolved on the forums, some instances will require Staff attention directly. In these cases the best way to contact the team is by submitting a ticket. 

If you are instructed to submit a ticket please follow the instructions below. 

Review FAQ for Customer Support:

  1. Log into your World of Warships account on the main World of Warships website
  2. On the top black bar, click "Player Support" - that will lead you to this page
  3. Use the search functions or review hot topics to see if your question has already been addressed

If your question is not resolved, proceed to submitting a ticket.

  1. From the main support page scroll down to "Contact Support" or; from the "My Tickets" tab, scroll down to "Contact Support"
  2. Select the appropriate categories which your concern is related to
  3. Explain your issue or concern in as much clear detail as possible
  4. If appropriate, attach screenshots or replay files displaying issue or complaint. To do this drag and drop the file into the text box.
